Develop your study of Chi with a half-day of practical Chi practice from 9.30am to 12pm.

Maximum of 4 participants. We will follow recommended social distancing methods as per Government guidelines. This course is suitable for beginners and those with experience.

Be guided by an experienced Chi Master Practitioner. Learn how to clear energy within mind and body for a brighter and more positive life.

There will be sessions covering

  • Chi movements
  • Meditation
  • Chi therapy
  • Concepts of energy through sound
  • Plus there will be time for general discussion.

Additional Notes

Access to the venue is from 9.15am for a prompt start at 9.30am.

We will supply individual floor mats that have been pre-sanitised.
